Purchase and Schedule Transport
Once the ADU shell is complete, it’s ready to leave the factory.

Larger units are shipped in a couple to few sections ready for flatbed trailers to avoid expensive oversized loads but easily assembled while smaller units don’t require assembly and are one continuous structure.
Finish
After delivery, your local contractor or builder:
- Anchors the shell to your prepared footings
then pores your concrete floor.
- Completes interior and exterior finishes (stucco, cement, siding, roofing)
- Connects utilities and final fixtures
