Schedule
Once the shell is complete, it’s ready to leave the factory. You can:
- Pick up via flatbed or crane transport
- Schedule delivery to your foundation
Because the shell is fully engineered and crane-ready, transport is safe, predictable, and efficient — no surprises, no onsite assembly headaches.
Finish
After delivery, your local contractor or builder:
- Anchors the shell to your prepared foundation
- Completes interior and exterior finishes (stucco, cement, siding, roofing)
- Connects utilities and final fixtures
This approach lets you leverage local expertise, reduce on-site labor time, and maintain compliance with all building codes — while the structural shell ensures maximum durability and safety.
